Date of last revision: May 2018.

If you have any questions or concerns about our privacy policy, contact via this Contact Form.

This privacy policy covers all of InvolveAll but does not apply to entities that InvolveAll does not own or control. By using or accessing InvolveAll, you agree to our privacy practices.

No information from children under age 13
If you are under age 13, please do not attempt to register for InvolveAll or provide any personal information about yourself to us. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under age 13, we will delete that information as quickly as possible. If you believe that we might have any information from a child under age 13, please contact us via this Contact Form.

Parental participation
We strongly recommend that minors 13 years of age or older ask their parents for permission before sending any information about themselves to anyone over the Internet and we encourage parents to teach their children about safe internet use.

Information About Yourself
When you sign up for InvolveAll you provide us with your name, email and country of origin. During the registration process we give you the opportunity to obtain information predominantly associated with learning how to protect your child when online and how to manage screen time.

Transactional Information
We may retain the details of transactions or payments you make on InvolveAll. However, we do not access or retain any information relating to your credit or debit card. However, your details may be retained by PayPal, which is the off-site payment process utilised by InvolveAll.

Site activity information
We keep track of some of the actions you take on InvolveAll, primarily in relation to the purchases that you make. In some cases you are also taking an action when you provide information or content to us. For example, if you share a video, in addition to storing the actual content you uploaded, we might log the fact that you shared it.

Access Device and Browser Information
When you access InvolveAll from a computer, mobile phone, or other device, we may collect information from that device about your browser type, location, and IP address, as well as the pages you visit. However, this information is only used for our own statistical anlysis but not marketing activities.

Cookie Information
We use "cookies" (small pieces of data we store for an extended period of time on your computer, mobile phone, or other device) to make InvolveAll easier to use, to potentially make our advertising better, and to protect both you and InvolveAll. For example, we use them to store your login ID (but never your password) to make it easier for you to login whenever you come back to InvolveAll. We also use them to confirm that you are logged into InvolveAll. You can remove or block cookies using the settings in your browser, but that will impact your ability to use InvolveAll.

Information from other websites
We may ask advertisers to tell us how our users responded to the ads we showed them (for comparison purposes) and how other users who didn’t see the ads acted on their site. This data sharing, commonly known as “conversion tracking,” helps us measure our advertising effectiveness and improve the quality of the advertisements you see. We may receive information about whether or not you’ve seen or interacted with certain ads on other sites in order to measure the effectiveness of those ads.

Information specific to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)

InvolveAll supports the strengthening of existing rights and the provision of new rights that give citizens more control over their personal data. These include:

  • easier access to personal data — including providing more information on how that data is processed and ensuring that that information is available in a clear and understandable way
  • a right to data portability — making it easier to transmit personal data between service providers
  • a right to erasure (‘the right to be forgotten’) — when an individual no longer wants their data processed and there is no legitimate reason to keep it, the data will be deleted
  • the right to know when their personal data has been hacked — we will inform individuals promptly of serious data breaches and we will also notify the relevant data protection supervisory authority

However, it is important to note that InvolveAll collects only a minimal amount of information in the form of a name, an email address and country of origin, and this information will only be used to inform registered users of site updates and newsworthy information that is specific online child safety and screen time management.

If you require your account to be amended or cancelled then please contact us via the Contact Form on the InvolveAll website.

By using or accessing InvolveAll’s website (“Site”), you are consenting to InvolveAll’s use of Cookies as outlined below.

For the purposes of this Cookie Policy, “InvolveAll” or “we” means InvolveAll.

Introduction: What is a cookie?
This Cookie policy helps to explain the occasions when and why cookies may be sent to visitors to the Site (referred to in this policy as “we”, “us” or “our”). “Cookies” are text-only pieces of information that a website transfers to an individual’s hard drive or other website-browsing equipment for record-keeping purposes. Cookies allow the Site to remember important information that will make your use of the site more convenient. A cookie will typically contain the name of the domain from which the cookie has come, the “lifetime” of the cookie, and a randomly generated unique number or other value. Certain cookies will be used on the Site regardless of whether you are logged in to your account or not.
Session Cookies are temporary cookies that remain in the cookie file of your browser until you leave the Site.

Persistent Cookies remain in the cookie file of your browser for much longer (though how long will depend on the lifetime of the specific cookie). When we use session cookies to track the total number of visitors to our Site, this is done on an anonymous aggregate basis (as cookies do not in themselves carry any personal data). We may also employ cookies so that we remember your computer when it is used to return to the Site to help customize your InvolveAll web experience. We may associate personal information with a cookie file in those instances.

How InvolveAll may use cookies
Like most websites, we use cookies for a variety of purposes in order to improve your online experience, for analytics and for marketing, but specifically we use Cookies on the Site for the following purposes:

Analytical Purposes
We use cookies to analyse user activity in order to improve the Site. For example, we can use cookies to look at aggregate patterns like the average number of job searches that users perform. We can use such analysis to gain insights about how to improve the functionality and user experience of the Site.

Your Preferences & User Experience
We use cookies to gather certain information about users, such as browser type, server, language preference, and country setting, in order to store user preferences on our Site to make your user experience more consistent and convenient. For example, we may store the recent searches you have performed in a cookie so that we can allow you to easily repeat those searches when you return to our Site. In addition, we use cookies to maintain your logged in state when you visit our Site repeatedly. We may also use your IP address to determine your geographic location in order to provide you with the most relevant search results.

We may use cookies from third-party partners such as Google and Facebook for marketing purposes. These cookies allow us to display InvolveAll promotional material to you on other sites you visit across the Internet. InvolveAll may also share information about your behaviour on the Site with third parties (including operators of third-party websites and/or social networking sites) in order to show you targeted advertisements and other content that has been customized for you. We also use cookies to facilitate the InvolveAll Targeted Ads Program. In this Program, we use cookies to determine which ads users have seen, and how many times users have seen a particular ad.

Referral Tracking
We may use cookies to associate user activity with the third party website that referred the user to our Site, or to associate user activity that InvolveAll referred to a third party website. These third party partner websites receive credit for the activity of users they refer to our Site, or give InvolveAll credit for the activity of users referred to such third party websites. We do not share any personal information or information about individual user activities with these partner entities. We also use cookies to associate user activity with the email campaign that referred the user to our Site.

Security Purposes
We may use cookies to limit certain types of cyber-attacks.

Testing, Usability, and Performance Improvement Purposes We use cookies to ensure users receive a consistent user experience while we conduct A/B testing on certain aspects of our Site in order to improve our product offerings. We also use cookies to improve the performance and reliability of our Site.

Managing cookies in your browser
Use the options in your web browser if you do not wish to receive a cookie or if you wish to set your browser to notify you when you receive a cookie. You can easily delete and manage any cookies that have been installed in the cookie folder of your browser by following the instructions on the browsers website.

InvolveAll may use AdWords and Remarketing Lists features of Google Analytics for Display Advertisers. InvolveAll and Google use first-party cookies (such as the Google Analytics cookie) and third-party cookies (such as the DoubleClick cookie) together to inform, optimize, and serve ads based on your past visits to our Site. This means that vendors including Google will display InvolveAll promotional material on other sites you visit across the Internet.

You may opt-out of Google Analytics for Display Advertisers including AdWords and opt-out of customized Google Display Network ads by visiting the Google Ads Preferences Manager. To provide website visitors more choice on how their data is collected by Google Analytics, Google has developed an Opt-out Browser add-on, which is available by visiting Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on, to enable you to opt-out of Google’s programs.

We may also share information when we have a good faith belief it is necessary to prevent fraud or other illegal activity, to prevent imminent bodily harm, or to protect ourselves and you from people violating our Rights and Responsibilities. This may include sharing information with other companies, lawyers, courts or other government entities.
